Your registration fee includes full access to all keynote speeches, sessions, panels, poster presentations, exhibition areas, conference materials, networking activities, and select workshops.
Yes. We offer a discounted registration rate for current Master’s and PhD students. A valid student ID must be presented during registration or at check-in.
This event is currently planned as an in-person conference in Budapest. However, virtual access may be offered for selected sessions. Please check the website regularly for updates.
All delegates must complete the online registration form available here. Your registration will be confirmed upon receipt of payment. Early bird, regular, and on-site rates apply depending on the date of registration.
Yes. All registered participants will receive a Certificate of Participation. Workshop attendees will receive an additional Workshop Completion Certificate endorsed by Avicenna International College.
Yes. We welcome abstract submissions for oral and poster presentations related to AI applications in medicine and health. Submission guidelines and deadlines can be found under the “Call for Abstracts” section on the website.
The official language of the conference is English. All presentations, panels, and workshops will be delivered in English.
